REFUND POLICY:

YOU will get a full refund of the product if it is not in good condition. For a full refund, mail out your item within 2 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be refunded within 2 days from the receipt of the original order.
This ONLY applies to products not applicable to fresh goods such as vegetables.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

An indent in the box
Expired goods
Opened products

All refund will be returned within 2 working days. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify that you that we have received your return item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund of your inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or (original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

Delivery Policy:
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and our business process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 5–7 business days. Our orders are shipped by Singapore Post, registered mail. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 3 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Termination:
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breached the Terms.
